help finding thread of 80 rear cut to look like pickup

My friend is chopping his 4runner in the back and making it into a pickup type vehicle. Don't ask me why, but he is. I saw a thread on here that had an 80 with the back cut off and a tonneau cover on the back. Can anyone share the link to that thread for me? Searching for the last few minutes and I can't find it.

Has anyone done one with a really small bed and left it as a four door w/ a second row of seats, a crew cab if you will?

I thought that there was a white 80 that did this other than the one above that left the 4 doors. My friend with his 4Runner plans to leave the 4 doors with a short bed.

I'm considering doing this to a rollover fj80 I've got, so I've been collecting pics. Got one of a 4runner just like you're describing from when I was in Hawaii this fall. Will post later tonight when I get home.

I think you may be thinking of the 105 series that was converted to a ute using a Hilux bed. Really a great build.
