Help.... "Downloaded" nav map stopped working all of a sudden. (1 Viewer)

Got an '04 with the original DVD map for the nav system. Downloaded the "free" 2013 ISO found in another thread and it work perfect till today. Got my emissions test done and then once leaving the nav system says it can't read the dvd. I got home and put the old original one in and it came right up and worked perfect. Put my burned current map DVD back in and it still won't read it anymore. Original stills works fine.

Any ideas what might be going on? My burned update worked great for over 6 months.

First guess would be an issue with the disc itself. I would try a new disc and see if that works. It gets hot inside of cars and dvd-r's aren't the most stable media.

Put it back in today and started working again.... odd.
