Hello everyone. Im am very inept mechanically and wondering if someone can help diagnose with the help of these pictures. There is a grinding feeling when the wheel is cranked turning at low speeds, power steering fluid level is at MIN but not going any lower after continuous driving. Rack? Tie rods? Ball joints? The inner cv boot is caked in grease but not sure from what. Thanks everyone.

Your CV boot is torn and leaking grease...its probably empty judging from the amount of grease every where. Possible cause of your turning issue. And it look like your steering rack is leaking as well.

You can take your car to a mechanic and they should be able to diagnose for free and give you a to do list.
