Help diagnose front creak

Hopefully the link works. Trying to figure what the creaking noise is when weight shifts from left-to-right and vice versa.

225k miles. No front sway bar. OEM shocks with 15k miles. OEM upper control arms with > 5k. Aftermarket Ironman TB's with 10k.

Intuition tells me lower ball joint. More or less looking for consensus.

Curious to know the answer as I have a very similar squeak. I had some Sankei 555 lower ball joints installed almost 3 years ago and about 30,000 miles of pretty mild use, so I'd be a little surprised if those were the culprits.

Get under the truck with a mechanic's stethoscope (cheap at HF) and have someone turn the steering. Easy to pinpoint if it's ball joints that way.
