Help! AC (1 Viewer)

Rusted lines replaced, compressor replaced, pressure tested, filled with new Freon.

The cold air is intermittent. Seems like it works when it wants. Last time we repinned the wiring to ensure everything was tight. Even replaced the part of the harness that seems to connect to the oil pump.

What in the world is wrong with this thing?
