Help 1FZ-FE knock sensor plug removal (1 Viewer)

How the heck do you get the knock sensor plug off the dam knock sensor on #2?
1997 lx450
Im sticking my hand up there pinching and feeling everything I can.

Can someone help me find a good pic(s) of this plug plz. I cant see what it looks like.

There is a plastic tab on top of the connector that needs to be pressed down, IME it is difficult to do one handed.

WARNING: the plastic connector of the sensor will be very fragile/brittle if original and can snap off if you apply any off-axis pressure while trying to get the connector off.

In the bottom photo you can see the broken sensor connector stuck inside
the harness connector: I used a pick to press the internal tab down
so that I could get the harness connector off the broken sensor side connector.
