2011 LX with 167k on the odometer previous owner had the vehicle wrapped in satin white on top of the original ruby/Maroon color previous owner also installed a grom vline, though I’ve gotta say the vline is definitely a bit buggy. The vehicle was kept fairly well with tons of service records although some of the higher mileage services need to be performed.

That’s a cracked radiator. Unfortunately extremely common. Mine has been replaced twice.

Yes, very frustrating considering some supposed tech looked the thing over yesterday, I’m gonna go ahead and have them do the water pump, thermostat, and serpentine belt while they’re at it.
Mine burst three weeks after I bought my 2010.

Might want to throw in the tensioner and the fan bracket in case those weren't on your while you're in there list.

They added the tensioner. I’m unsure of the fan bracket I’ll have to call about that.
Be sure they use a Genuine Toyota radiator over finding the quickest thing available.

They insisted on getting a “Lexus” radiator so the part would have “warranty”
no extra charge according to the service rep can’t wait to hear the terms of the “warranty”
The box will have both Toyota and Lexus logos on it.. which is good. That’ll be the updated part and unlikely to have problems with it for the remaining life of the vehicle.
