There is a thread titled "100 Engine seized????" showing a blown Heater T got me curious enough to check mine after I had replaced them 4 months ago. Below are before and after photos. Note the pink seepage around one of them. Should I be concerned?

I really doubt you need to worry about catastrophic failure like that other thread. That thing looked wrong for so many reasons - the hoses, clamps, clamp position, the failed T. Make sure your clamps are positioned on the male part of the T like @geanes said, watch the seepage for progression.

Doesn't look like anything to worry about.

Did you replace the hoses when you did the Tee's?

What size Tee's did you use?

My hoses were still in great shape (though slightly belled at each fitting), so I reused them. BUT I went with a 3/4" x 5/8" Tee to account for the slightly swelled/belled end of the hoses, to insure I would have no leaks.

I see that quite a few folks (that kept their original hoses) went with a smaller Tee, some even said they used 1/2" x 1/2" barbed PEX type Tee's (can't imagine those aren't leaking).

Replace your clamps and you're good to go.
I also have brass heater T's and mine do not look like that.

I did not replace the hoses. They looked OK.
I used 5/8" brass barbed T's.

If it bugs you, just get a whole new set from Beno, it's easy to cut the hoses off. Having T's that will outlive you is nice and all, but I'm OK replacing the OEM ones every 10 years or so.
