Ever since I've had my LX the rear heat has blown fine but the front only blows cold air. I am currently working a 24 hr shift and plan to replace my heater T's tomorrow after I get off. So my question is does anyone have a diagram to the heater lines and I'm wondering since I will be taking the T's off if it would be worth trying to flush the heater core out and maybe remedy my issue. I just don't know if the front and rear cores are in a series or use separate lines. Thank you for your time.

So upon further investigation I found 2 cut wires under the glove box that look like they should go into a plug where there is now 2 new black wire poorly wired in. When I followed the black wires one just went to a ground spot and the other when through the firewall to the battery. Does anyone have a wiring diagram or possibly know what these 2 wires maybe and if they may control the dampers. Thanks again.

Where does that plug come from? It almost looks like it originates at or near the blower motor but maybe it goes to something may back behind it hidden in the dash somewhere. On a side note, this attempt at grounding the wire is embarrassing...

Yeah unfortunately this was the state when I bought it:(. I am trying to resurrect her from the poor state she is in. But yes this does go into the little grey box that the blower motor plugs into.

From my 04LX - I need to give it a cleaning.

Thank you for the picture at least know I know where the wires go. you wouldn't happen to know if those wires would control the dampers.

Where does the wire go once it goes through the firewall? Very strange.
My thought is that when I purchased the vehicle and the dealer knew it had a blown head gasket that they disabled the heat so that I would not be able to tell that it wasn't blowing hot air and so as to not give themselves away to much they cut and rerouted power so only the A/C would blow. Correct me if that sounds all wrong.
