Wth is going on with that paint?

Looks nice and clean, no lockers though. ~$11k is kinda high for a 94 but that thing has omg low miles on it.

Wow, that's like 3 miles from my work. I actually recognize the building across the street. Anyhoo, good price if i was in the market for another one. Actually saw it up back in June/July.. must not be selling for some reason.
