Headlamp upgrade

I am new to this and need help. I have a 2005 100 series low beam bulbs are very weak. I went to the local parts store and upgraded to the best bulb they had in stock, but they are just as week. What other choices do I have?

If you're on a budget go to the retrofitsource website & get one of their H1 bulb hid kit. Big improvement over stock or if you can swing it do like I did & other members & do a total retrofit

Please be respectful of everyone else on the road and do not put HID bulbs into your reflector housings. Either do a full projector retrofit or forget about putting in HIDs.

FYI, the LX has projectors with the cut off shield inside. So you won't be blinding anybody.

OP, You don't say if you have a Land Cruiser or an LX470.... Assuming you have a Land Cruiser, the best upgrade you can do is the HIR 9011/9012 upgrades without spending a considerable amount of money and time doing a projector retrofit with HID lamping.
