I won't be there. The place however is HUGE AND AWESOME!! South Park, one of the trails there ate my lunch the last time i was there. Still haven't torn into the front to see what I broke.

very cool pics. ya i used to run there alot when i owned grass hopper 1 & 2 (buggys). it sure will be diffrent in a fzj-80 (big rig) but i do have e-lockers.

Shamefully I add myself and my son Caden to the 'maybe' list. Would need to head back late afternoon on Saturday if we go. Working to confirm by early next week.

What is the current plan? Leaving on Friday, Saturday? camping? I am trying to get some things lined up, and if I can it will be a yes. As my truck is my DD and I am fairly new to off roading with 4 wheels, I will probably be the pussyfoot of the trip

I think the plan is to leave on Friday and come back either Sunday or Monday. Don't worry mine and grasshoppers trucks are DD's also so we won't be doin anything that will hurt them

yep will head out some time Friday mid day or morning what ever ya'll want to do. get there set up camp and go from there. the park has a drives meeting each day around 9am. after that will hit the trails and see what we can find. it's been at least 7years from the last time i was there so i don't know what all has changed. the last lime i was out there the trails were marked and we would only run the hardest trails they had. so i think i can keep us away from them. i know there is one trail that will take the whole day to run from start to finish. it had 2 hard spots but there was a by pass. i think there will be plenty of stuff for us to do.
make sure you bring a small ice chest to hold plenty of water and food for a full days run. as we might not make it back to camp for lunch. i think the park is doing a dinner Saturday night but don't hold me to that.

I was just there in Feb. It had been about 2 years since I had been there. Some trails have changed a lot. By change I mean the hard opstical is WAY harded on the more advanced trails.

If we're aloud to wheel on Friday I'd vote to get started sooner than later that morning. If we can't wheel then I guess it doesn't matter.

well i hate to say it but it looks like a few of us are going to have to pass on this trip. my truck is not running right any more. now the t-case sounds like its about to blow.
Hunter did a compression test on his motor and found he only had 65psi in each cylinder,
Boddy did the same test and found one of his cylinders had 50psi.
so it looks like we will all be working on our trucks. will talk more about the next trip at the meeting.
