HDJ81 factory winch for parts

this came off my HDJ 81. its the factory 8000lb Aisin winch, cannot feed out, the brake jams in reverse due to a twisted helix shaft. could have been due to the winch mounting plate flexing, this design has no tolerance for the winch housing flexing because then the internal thrust clearances become too tight. could be repaired, probably best for parts. motor works excellent. remote, cable, fairlead, all bracketry, wiring is available. factory winch bumper available, but dented. very impressive fully sealed design, just too light for a 6000lb truck.

this is worth it for the remote alone. throw me an offer, its gotta go
