HDJ-81 Auto to Manual conversion?

From what I can gather, it does appear to be Australia only ATM.
Just did a little more research on this today, really hoping someone in Aus has done this.
Seems fairly easy to make the H152F work on an 80 series. The output shaft on the H152F is the same as it's always been through the H15x range. So mating to tcase is good there. The new counter shaft mates to the old 1VD input shaft, which means the gear teeth for 4th is backwards compatible with the 1HD input shaft. Also the input bearing is the same.
Therefore to swap, you just need to change the input shaft (put bearing from 1VD input shaft onto 1HD shaft) and swap the bell housing.
Correct me if I'm wrong but seems possible to me.
This also seems to be the easiest route as converting an H150/H151 to an H152 needs a lot more parts.
