Very nice Kling-on! That option has crossed my mind as I plan on buying a 230v mig next year. Just gotta see how good my metal skills develop
Did you weld the tube to the frame near the wheel well? or did you setup a bolt on system?

I was in a rush for a event and welded it for temporary .....

all thats done with a 110 hd flux core welder ... even my sliders (both rigs) bumper are great to practice on you can always grind down the bubble gum 
I also made the bends with a Harbor frt bender
I want to do uppers like Pismo as well as duel swing outs but keep buyin other trucks to work on
