Has anyone replaced the rear hatch weather strip?

I have 2000 Landcruiser which sometimes has rainwater come in from somewhere around the rear hatch. It seems like I always have to slam shut the rear hatch to prevent the leak. I assume replacing the weather stip around the rear hatch would solve this issue. Has anyone replaced it before? Is it difficult? I had a rain leak issue from the third stop light 3 years ago and it has been fixed and that is not the cause of the leak this time.

Yes to replacement, no to difficulty. It's super easy and not that expensive.

@Ironsides bumping this thread because I'm curious HOW much rust you had in that spot. I have been leak-testing and I'm 99% sure it's time to replace the main rear hatch seal. When I pulled the old one, there's a spot on each side of the body where it looks like two metal panel layers come together, and there's a tiny bit of surface rust just in those two spots. I was wondering if I should just leave it alone or not. Also did you use RTV or any sealant when installing it?

Ok, I replaced the hatch seal 67881-60111, and we've had plenty of rain. The two back corners of the hatch-area carpeting are totally dry now. It was all due to the hatch seal.
