Has anyone installed a aftermarket nav/stereo in a LX470? Looking to modernize.

Trying to update our trucks electronics. Does anyone know of a mounting bracket and nave unit that intergrates into the dash without a lot of work. thanks

I replaced my Nakamichi head unit with a Sony double din yesterday in my 1999 lx470. I cut the stock harness and manually wired everything. I ran RCA to speaker wire cables by Rockford Fosgate to the speaker wire inputs on the Nakamichi amp. Everything works great! I think the 5V preamp outputs on the Sony head unit really cleaned up the overall sound. There is no background noise at all, just a slight "pop" through the speakers when I first start the LX. Otherwise it sounds really good, way more mid base, and I can hear the subwoofer for once. I bought a $20 dash bezel on eBay from an Asian seller. It fits perfect. Pics!
