Has anybody noticed a ride difference between metal and polyurethane rear spring spacers?

I am in the process of refreshing the springs and bushings on my 2004 LX470. I see that there are polyurethane spacers as well as the OEM metal spacers for the rear springs.

Has anybody switched out the metal spacers for polyurethane spacers and noticed any change in terms of noise, vibration, or ride quality?

I’ve only used poly spacers with zero complaints. Metal sounds like an awful idea from an NVH perspective, I had no idea that was an OEM option.

Get new springs, those spacers make the ride harsh. I had a set in my 4runner and went with OME (Old Man Emu) bit tall springs and the ride is really good.
