Harbor Freight Shop Crane 1ton vs 2ton

Looking to use this to move around a couple of different engine/transmission/transfer combos:
Chevy 235 straight 6/Toyota 3 speed/TC
2UZ Toyota v8/Transmission/Transfer
2F/H55F/Split TC

Is the 1 ton up to the task or will I be significantly happier with the 2 ton... I don't want to be penny-wise and POUND(s) foolish.

1 ton is on sale for $137.41
2 ton is currently $219.99

2 ton. As you extend arm 2 ft rating goes down to ~700lbs.

Good point... looking for a coupon way to get the 2 ton cheaper... seems they are on ebay for less too...

Other thoughts? Options?

I haven't used the 1 ton, but I have the 2 ton & had no trouble lifting a 2F+TC+transmission together.
