I have a brand new (in box) LHD shifter for an H55f ($140) 33530-60100
and a brand new (in box) input shaft for a 13BT to H55f ($SOLD) 33311-60111

Part numbers added to the initial post. I have no way of looking up the part numbers at the moment to see direct application. As I recall, the input shaft was purchased to go with a 13BT, so it would be "late". There are a large number of splines on the input shaft (fine vs coarse), so you might need to match clutch disk accordingly if you are swapping. I can count the splines if that matters to you.

It's been a few years since I ordered it, but I seem to recall it coming with a 1HZ I purchased. If it's the same as the other one I had, it's set up for a LHD wagon....no so much a stock 40 or 45. I had originally bought one to replace my RHD shifter in the 40, but decided it came to close to the steering wheel for my liking. In an ideal world, I think the 40 series shifter would be set at 0 degree rotation from centerline. If you had an aftermarket small diameter steering wheel, I think it would be fine.
