I can tell you that an H55f in a crate from Toyota weighs 183 lbs.

Transfer case included, I'm guessing that would put weight around 400lbs.

I have a couple in my garage with the Xfer cases on them and it takes the efforts of 2 people so I would agree 300+ lbs
