I purchased this transmission with extras from Land Cruiser heaven several years ago. My understanding is that short of a center console and crossmember, this should be a majority of the parts necessary to convert your FZJ80 to a manual. This does not include a replacement ECU.

Everything is crated on a pallet, and ready to be shipped. I can facilitate drop off to the Fastenal in Lakewood, Washington (98498).

If you can grab a part number off the tranny I will try and search if it’s an earlier or later model h151. If it’s a later one I’d definitely make an offer

Based upon exterior features and this thread:

80 Series H151F 5 Speed Manual Transmission Swap - Includes RHD HDJ81 & LHD FZJ80

It would appear to be a later model. There is some conversation in that thread about sensors and another picture on the following page.

I don’t know that I’m qualified to open it up, which sounds like what needs to happen for part numbers. I’ll see if I can find anything else on it though.

Checking back in... I secured everything to a pallet then built a crate around it, so the kit is ready to be shipped on buyers dime.

Dimensions are approximately 48” x 43” x 22”, and I’d put weight at 275-325# or so.

I’m can deliver this to the Fastenal in Lakewood, WA (98498).

For planning purposes, I’m out of town from 13MAY-02JUN. I’ll take payment via PayPal or Venmo from distance buyers.
