Definately no reliability problems and one of the cheapest diesels to repair in Australia.
Just make sure it starts easy in the morning after its been sitting overnight.
If it doesnt ,it may have a compression problem and needs further investigation.
I think a 12HT in a HJ45 would be one of the sweetest engine swaps ever
