Wanted GX, T4R, TLC Built

I am looking for a vehicle to build, but wanted to see if I can locate one with a mild build. I am located in NC, but I can travel. Prefer minimal build of a strong vehicle, but open to anything.

If you can't find anything built, I have an '03 GX470 with 167,000 miles that I've owned since 36,000 miles. ALWAYS used fully-synthetic Mobil 1 / Mobil 1 filters. Rear has been converted to Arnott springs / Bilsteins. Bone-stock as this was my wife's car (replaced with a GX460). Sand Dollar / Tan. Very nice condition.
