I am so glad these guys were ready to roll early. We did 22, 43, 41, 26, and 27. We covered a lot of ground and I think had a great day. I was impressed with them. Even though their trucks are new and shiny they really got out in the woods and used them.

Next year, I am going to make sure I take Todd Shurley's boombox away before he goes to bed. While his selection for CCR and Clapton is great music, however I don't really want to hear it at 4am ;)

Earplugs are a must have item at any event.

I don't know why exactly, but when I take a day of vacation I expect to be up at daylight making the most of it. Maybe I hate my job, or perhaps I am getting old and trying to squeeze every bit of life out of the day while I still can. My mountain bike buddies hate me for it too. Come daylight I'm up, dressed and standing over them ready to ride. Its funny because I used to never be a morning person. I struggle to get up and work by 8am, but Saturday and Sunday I naturally wake around 6 and I getting stuff done. My wife hates it.

I recognize that rock...was this coming up 44? I thought it was either going to eat my drivers door or peel a tire off...but then it didn't.
