Slim pickens,
Allan, Bruce, David, Lucky Jere, Capt. Jim and me!
Good weather (except for rain on and off), trails seemed rougher than I remember, but no damage to my truck....Bruce rolled on his side and busted windows. Great food, catfish was some of the best I've ever had. Bluegrass and keg beer.

Met lots of nice people from all over.

Capt Jim e-mailed me pics. I posted them up in the florida section as well as the official GSMTR thread. But I have yet to see a pic of infojunky or Alan in any pic.

Had a great time at the GSMTR. Took my step-son Chris. He can't stop talking about what a great time he had.
Lolita performed admirably as usual. Added a few more dents and scratchs , but got us back home as she has for the past 10 yrs.
If I knew how to post some pics on this site I would, but so far have not had any luck. If someone can give me a clue, let me know. Thanks, Bruce

I was there. Almost uneventful except for Upper 2, Lower 2, and that Epic run up School Bus in Alan's truck.

Sorry for the silence. Monday I came down with an awful sinus infection. GSMTR with the Florida Delegation was great fun, food and fellowship. Had a little bad luck with getting to the trails but had a good run up 8 to help Bill Cross with a repair;successful. Friday made it all worthwhile as Jim and I tackled School Bus. Jim did some expert driving and my truck hereinafter to be known as "The Blue Ox" Jim's suggestion and I agree, handled all of it with room to spare. It should be noted that on this same run up School Bus there was a turn-over and a broken axle on the other cruisers with us. It's rough in them woods. It was as rough a trail as I have ever seen. You guys missed a good one.

Many many many thanks to Alan for the ride up to to tippy top of 8 and the assistance with changing out yet another rear diff :D . What a bummer after how fast I made it over all the big obstacles from the rock garden on up.....

Stoked that the "Blue Ox" took the trip up School Bus - told everyone you were sitting on a sleeper - very capable 40. Think fuel injection, Orion and bump stops and you'll be unstoppable.

I've got some good pics of the 100 stuck on the rock in Jim's driveway - and a few others. Will find time to post soon.

Was wondering when you would surface with those pictures. Can't wait to see them. I didn't get any because I was a little distacted with body damage going on all around. :D

I hear you on the fuel injection you recommend to Alan for his awesome blue 40. I was talking with Jim about doing that to my 40 too. I already have the Orion now I need the FI so I stop stalling at extreme angles.

Good to meet you guys. Sorry to hear about the rear diff.
