I got curious with the 2025 LX600's (Premium) different ground clearances as you raise it UP from Low-Normal-High 1-High2.
It has several sets of height adjustments. in H4, L4 All Wheel Drive Modes, and also in slower and faster speeds.
Here's what I found out with it parked measuring the lowest point of the front protection plate, which is the front center Jack point:
This is all in the manual except this personal following measurements:

4WD Mode in H4:

H2 11-1/8"
H1 9-1/8"
N 8-3/16"
L 7-1/2" (7mph Max)

4WD Mode in L4

H2 11-5/8" (9mph max)
H1 10-7/8"
N 8-9/16"
L 7-1/2" (7mph Max)

Here's what the Manual says:

4WD Mode in H4:

H2 3”>N, 19mph Max (H4)
H2 2.2”>N, 19~37mph (H4)
H1 1”>N, 62mph Max (H4)
H1 1”>N, 62mph Max (H4)
N
L 1”<N, 7mph Max

4WD Mode in L4
H2 3.3”>N, 9mph Max (L4)*
H2 3”>N, 9~31mph (L4)
H1 2.2>N, 50mph Max (L4)
N
L 1”<N, 7mph Max

Legend: >N - Higher than Normal height, H4 - 4WD Drive Mode H4 (High 4WD), L4- Low 4 4WD mode

* It does say in the manual that if you get stuck, it can auto raise itself higher than the 3.3">N

I also measured 11-3/4" to 12" at the lowest point of the front skid plate on my LX while in 4LO H2.

Since you have both the LX and a 200HE, I think what would be really interesting is if you could compare the two in terms of ground clearance and, even more interesting, approaching angle, considering one of the gripes most of us have against the LX is that big'ol nose and chin (supposedly) limiting offroad capability.

I've had mine (LX) offroad and did not have any issues with the overhangs with the stock tires on what I would consider as blue trails (using Funtreks classification system). Red trails may have some scrapping of the bumpers. depending on the driver skill. I suspect I could make it through Poughkeepsie Gulch and Black Bear Pass without scraping.

The chin of the front bumper will be the most limiting aspect without upsizing to a larger tire. The rear overhang is very similar to my 200.

630 LX600 AHC in normal mode.
661 200 HE.

Really not a lot of options that score above these. Rubicon Jeep etc.

Good suggestion. I just measured my 2020 heritage edition all stock. Ground clearance from the front protection plate is 9-1/4”. While the LX has 11-5/8”(in H2 L4 mode)

2025 LX Premium (in H2 L4 mode)has 2.375” more ground clearance than the 2020 Heritage Edition. Both factory stock/No mods.

PS: Manual says that if the LX senses that it is stuck, it’ll will AUTO raise more than the 11-5/8”.

Got it. I think though the issue would be more with the bumper lower lip as opposed to the bash plate.

You should also lock the height and leave it running while doing that. I am pretty sure it moves some when you turn it off.

Ah! That's a bit better. Still it could have been much better, had Toyota done something about that chin. The HE will probably have at least 33 to 34 degrees once you throw in the OEM spacer and bigger tires.
Good point!

Its not a bad compromise compared to the 200.

I would like to see a 300 owner chime in with the same test 👍🏼.

I would also like to see the RTI score in H1 and H2 in the LX.

LX 600 noted at normal height mode rather than raised to H4

Neutral or Normal yes. I do not remember reading they tested it otherwise.

Heck I run mine on H1 just around town half the time.

Put it in H2 as soon as I get off the pavement if its on un maintained type of stuff.

It goes up a little higher if its getting wheel spin when in H2 and 4lo.

I am pretty convinced the AHC is superior to the KDSS. All around.
