Absolutely possible, the size should easily fit somewhere around the center console. Question will be if the cord length will support this.

Quick question: If my '06 has the factory backup camera, do I need the "AV Cable for Backup and Front Facing Camera VAUX" or is that for aftermarket/add-on cameras? I also sent the question to GROM tech support.
Answer from GROM:
“You do not need VAUX cable for backup camera if your car already has it.
But if you plan to install front facing camera then yes VAUX is needed.”

Interesting. I had not thought about a front camera. I like the parking sensor in my IS350... Maybe a front camera would help not bump into things when I am parking.
