GROM VLine - Apple car play screen flicker

Hi everyone,
I have a 21’ 200 HE. I purchased the grom vline piggyback unit to add car play to my car. Overall install was fine, securing the unit was a bit weird since I positioned it behind the screen. Functionality is okay, only issue is every 2-3 minutes I will get an intermittent screen flicker. I’ve updated the firmware and it has not resolved the issue.
I’ve contacted support and have not heard back from them. Has anyone had this issue and been able to resolve it? Do other third party car play units have better functionality?

I can’t say I’ve had same problem as you. But my flicker was solved by rolling back the firmware.

I can’t say I’ve had same problem as you. But my flicker was solved by rolling back the firmware.
