I went in a different direction with the audio setup in my 03 LX and am selling the GROM aux input I installed last year. It works flawlessly and installs easily. I'm happy to provide any installation tips to the buyer. Here it is on GROM's website.
Their website states the cable and AUX input are comparable with:
Lexus ES 300/330/350 2004
Lexus GX 470 2003 2004
Lexus LS 430 2001 2002 2003 (non-Nakamichi stereo only)
Lexus LX 470 2003 (non-Nakamichi stereo only)
But the input itself is comparable with most Toyota vehicles. Be sure to check your particular model against their Compatibility guide. I'll throw in the C-LEX cable that came with mine as well as a short and long AUX cable and a headphone/lightning splitter cable to allow simultaneous playing and charging from a iPhone. If your vehicle uses a different cable, others can be ordered separately from GROM (fantastic customer service, btw).
