What year does this grille come off of? It seems as though that will fit a 92 fj80.




And what year is this model grille? Looks as though you would have to have a different head light to fit this grill.

Lexus grill oblivious, so assuming it is off a 450 then would have to be 95'-97' (US)

The second Toyota grill. What year is that. . I am trying to find that year for my front end. Disregard the the Lexus grill as I can see it would require me changing the head lights as well to make it fit.

Same but the LC version. 95'-97'. The earlier ones had the "TOYOTA" spelled out across them. You can swap them with a some trimming and lower valance I believe. There is some threads in here about the procedure.

I'm sorry Delancy, but perhaps when you feel the need to call someone oblivious, you might want to read previous replies which have already stated the understanding of what is required to mount an lx450 grill.

Now that i have self educated myself in knowing the difference between a Lexus grill and Toyota grill ( hopefully removing my non-oblivious state), my only concern is that the 91-94 grill look very similar to the 95-97. Is there any difference in hardware/installation between these two grills..

I would really appreciate a respectful response.

Use the search function here, there are several good threads on the matter without re-inventing the wheel here. .

I have not swapped one and like my 94' on my '94 , was posting up my limited knowledge on the differences and questions asked with the pics.

Properly fitting a 95-97 Cruiser grille into a 91-94 requires 95-97 Cruiser headlamps, lower gravel shield and center grille brace.


Fitting an LX450 grille into a 91-94 requires LX450 headlamps and the lower gravle shield/center grille brace from a 95-97 LX450 or Land Cruiser.

Fitting an LX450 grille into a 95-97 Cruiser requires LX450 headlamps.

Not only does it require the headlamps, but also a container of Grey Poupon and a corkscrew in the glove box....
