I'm new to GX460. I have a green dont that looks like a small glob of paint on the drivers side mirror. At first I thought it was just some sort of marking a dealer put on for inventory or something, but looking around the lot, I noticed all the late model preowned ones had it too. Whats it there for, or I guess I should first ask, "should it be there"? Interestingly enough, I also have the same dot on the drivers side door jam. Color doesnt show well in the pic

thanks in advance

Personally, never seen nor heard of that anomaly before. Or as you seem to point out, maybe not all that much of an anomaly at all??
Is it something you can pick at with your finger nail and if necessary take off with a razor?

Ah, the fabled, green juice of the Tahara Plant, a Japanese luxury!

Could be an inspection or QC mark from assembly or pre-shipping. Mine is a '23 and no mark on the mirrors. Not sure if there may have been one previously.

Sure it's just not bird poop? :p

Looks like markings sales departments use to provide quick info to their sales personnel. Typically they have to do with prep/inspection readiness or pricing. Those do not look to be factory markings
