This build was started by @Wermz and documented by him on his forum linked here: Builds - Big Green Buffalo Build Thread - https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/big-green-buffalo-build-thread.1128689.
This thread is a continuation of his documentation of work done to the truck.
I have been delayed in creating this thread and have done a number of things to the truck and will post more pictures of the work later on.
1. I swapped the 40s for 37 beadlocks and went from a 13 to 12 wide tire. I went with the raceline steel series and put on my favorite offroad tire of all time, the Kenda MT.
2. I removed the subs and instead made it a compartment that opens up and put a charge controller to a third battery for charging gear and running my fridge.
3. I replaced all seals, gaskets, bearings and races in the front and rear axles. I also installed brand new spindles on the front axle.
5. Lastly I moved all my overlanding gear onto the truck.

- I did not replace axle seals on the rear as it was not needed.
- The front axle I rebuilt without removing the entire birfeild housing and put it back together but when I went to change the front diff fluid, to my horror it was filled with grease. So i re disassembled the axle and did the birfeilds too with axle seals. I saw no diff fluid in the birfs and there seems to be less grease in the diff after flushing it again. I will note the front right cv joint and axle need replacing next time in there. I pushed the axle seal in to its second slot in hopes of preventing another leak where the axle was worn.
- I also had new hubs to install but had the wrong seal puller. This needs done next time I am in there as well.
4. I changed brake, diffs, t case fluids. 5. Lastly I moved all my overlanding gear onto the truck.
