Do you guys think I can use the mobil1 synthetic grease for my knuckles/bearings in the 80? It's not moly but I know some people like it for that. I'm a fan of their stuff in general. Thanks!

Use only moly grease in your knuckles. You're asking for trouble otherwise. I like the Valvoline Palladium which you can get at Napa.

Mobil1 Red Grease is super awesome stuff for the WHEEL BEARINGS in a full float rear axle. That's it.

Don't use it in the front bearings.
Don't use it on anything else that requires moly. Don't use it anywhere you can't clean the old grease out with solvent, otherwise it will separate into liquid.
Don't use it where another different grease can mix with it (front wheel bearings & birfields)
Don't use it in the birfields.

If you do.... You'll regret it.

Mobil1 Red Grease is an amazing EP grease that lubricates incredibly well. The problem is that it is prone to separation and liquefying if contaminated.

Use this stuff below:

Used the wrong grease in my Birfields

Valvoline has an easy to find moly grease. I think it's labeled as Ford Lincoln Mercury. I usually use Liquimoly Langzeitfett. It's awesome to work with and higher in moly but harder to come by. I just used my last can Friday. I can see if my guy has anymore in stock if you want.

So I went with the stuff recommend by @Output Shaft I ran it by @OTRAMM and got the green light. Per the conversation above there was previously two different types of grease used. Moly and "red" bearing grease...I could tell from the colors obviously. The verdict. KNUCKLE SOUP! Good call guys. A very big shout to @Stumpalama for his help! New bearings, seals, rotors, brakes, everything cleaned up, birfs flipped, and he even had a thrust washer which was missing from the PS behind the 54mm adjusting nut! Oh and getting the birfs back together was SUPER easy . And the inner seals went in without and difficult whatsoever!o_O

Thanks stump!

Lesson 1 of yesterday (besides don't let stump drive in your oil seals) is to order 4 seals and 4 inner clips when doing a birf job. This will reduce the probability that you will mess something up and need that spare.
An additional shout out to @OTRAMM for coming to the rescue with said spare parts.
Lesson 2 of yesterday is there is a lot of confusion regarding the orientation of the birf star and cage.
All in all, a good day.
