Got my foot run over at work today by one of our members on a fork lift.
Good times.
8,000lbs of pure fun :grinpimp:

I now have to buy a size 16 shoe on my right foot instead of 15 :grinpimp:

Nah besides the huge amount of pain and the blood blisters in my toes from the pressure not much damage.

On a side note I won't be starting for the Lakers tonight

No steel toes just regular work boots and a sasquatch foot in them.

Sorry to hear that Al...Darin,yep, worked with a guy when I did millwork, he also got his foot ran over by a forklift carrying a bundle of lumber...he had steel toe boots and it cut almost cleanly his big toe and the 2 beside it....not good in that case.

Well just got home from work and looked at my foot again. Major bruising on my little toe and the ball of my foot as well as blood blisters (starting to fade though) on my others from the pressure. At least there isn't any blood comming out from the bottom of my nails anymore.
All in all a very fun day :grinpimp:
One more day then 10 days of vacation so i'm not that mad or worried about it. At least it didn't slam into me, had that happen before also. (maybe this is a sign)
Thanks all for the well wishes

Myth Busters did a segment on this. I don't remember the conclusion of it though. I'm sure Al could find it out there somewhere :D

I'm glad your foot is ok. I can only imagine.

They only did a dropped things test but not a crush test which I thought was weird.

So if you've got to stay off your feet, it means we can just wheel you under the 80's for all the work on the knuckle jobs???!!!???

Sorry to hear about your little mishap. Hope your foot starts feeling better soon.

I'm surprised you haven't had your sasquatch feet run over before . Glad you're ok.

On a personal note, I've had my foot run over twice, once by my dad when I was 6 and the second time by my mom when I was 16. Maybe that's why I walk weird .

Beware of age 32 and 64 then... I see a trend.
