On a Land Cruiser (LX450 not verified) you will find two factory seat heater power plugs under the console on the drivers side.
When you find the two matching open unused connectors under the center console the wires you want will be Blue/White - Hot & White/Black - negative. This power in your fused block is labeled heater.
