Got my windshield tinted today!

The ceramic tint really takes the price up. I had it installed yesterday and paid 525 for the entire 100 (including the windshield and moonroof and all other windows). I could have done the same thing with non-ceramic for 250. But on the drive home after installing I knew it was the right choice!

Nice, the ceramic makes a major difference! Did they tint over your stock tint? Hows it look?

I had mine done when I lived in Milledgeville. I don't have any experience with tint shops near us. My side windows were done by a shop in Miami a few years ago.

Yes they put it over the stock tint (which I guess is not a film but some sort of dye in the glass?). It looks good, just made the color slightly darker. I'll try to take a photo of it tomorrow before I leave for Germany for two weeks.
