What happened next?, yup... CV's started leaking. One side, boot ring was loose, the other side the boot was completely torn.

Garage I go to, the guys let me do most of the work myself, ordered oem boots both sides and ordered rings thru Mcmaster Carr. Using Mudd as a source.

Up next? Picked up a medium duty-ish bumper. Slee at the time had no bumpers available. Did not want to stop the momentum...
Did get a warning from law enforcement into the week. Drivers tail light slightly block by bumper. Cop gave me a break. Warning. Told me he is a "member" also.

Started to look for a 2nd batt tray. At the time slee did not have one available. Got one from TJM. I was having trouble with the install. Could not figure out how the installation was possible with the directions in hand. Called TJM and we figured out the the batt tray is for a 100, but the tray installs in the area where the air filter is located! Well, this was a no go.

Decided to wire the lights under the bumper and install the license plate also. I do have a nice soldering Iron!!!

Next up...Ordered a Foxwing and called John at Baja Rack. John helped me with the order of the rack and also made custom brackets to accomodate the Fox wing. Very cool people at Baja Rack.

I have not been to happy with the bumper. Between the Cop warning, the CLANKING of the radflos, I decided to contact Sean the 80 series bumper guy and gave him a laundry list. Move the Can holders to clear the tail lights, Move the tire carrier to clear the right side, and also install hardware to hang the Hi-lift jack on the bumper behind the tire carrier... he was game and he went for it! I was very impressed on the quality of work he does. Currently trying to convince him to start work on 100 series bumpers. Work in progress ...

Came back for the bumper, Sean not only did he do my list, he also improved the bumper and added his his own design on the tire carrier. I did not asked him to, but he felt it was the right thing. I agreed. He is finishing up with that side now.
