Hi guys. I'm new here. This is my first post, but I am in the market for my first LX 470. I found one here locally. This is the link to the post:

I went to inspect the vehicle myself, checked under the chassis, took pictures of it and the inner wheel well areas. Very minimal rust around the bumper area for this year, and the chassis looks clean. Has a clean carfax and seems like the owners kept up with the maintenance. Rims are not original as seen in the pictures and the trim around the doors (the grey material) is fading in some areas a bit, but this seems normal for a car primarily living in South Florida sun. I didn't see any signs of body work but will have it checked out by my local shop.
What do you guys think? Should I try to haggle more? They wouldn't budge from their 10,000.00 price tag at all, even with cash.
