Good deal on a 2010 LC for someone?

No relation to the site and owner... I found this on Cargurus this morning. Seems like a great deal. 2010 LC 112k miles for $26k What's the catch?

Funny - they must have realized they priced it too low. The same truck is now $32.9k on their website. Cargurus shows $25.9k, but the actual dealership site shows $32.9k. Pretty shady they jacked the price $7k after listing it!
