I'm opening up for Shannon McNally at Duling Hall on Thursday. Event listing has the whole band, but it's just the guitar player and myself doing some acoustic songs about murder, evil women, Jesus, and babies. It'll be my first time performing most of these songs.

Shannon's a damn good singer and very easy on the eyes, too.

Caught them in BTR a few weeks ago. First time to see them live since I really got hooked this time last year. It was as close to church for me as I'm comfortable getting without actual scripture reading. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts.

Regardless of your musical persuasion, you owe it to yourself to see these guys live. No opening act, no intermission...they flat laid it down for two and a half hours.

Pure. Humble. Genius.

Holy s***, she is hot.

I've been listening to her album Light Walker Demos EP for about 10 days straight now. Oh my. She's something else. Also, Ron is opening which is very cool.

I took Laura for her birthday. I bought tix the day they went on sale so we had great seats.

I had never seen AK play or really even heard any of her music. Jerry Douglas is touring and he was fantastic. Don't see many people playing a dobro anymore, much less as well as he plays it (at least I don't). Dan Tyminski (O Brother Where art thou guy) was talented on the mandolin.

I would have to say I was impressed, although its not my kind of music. I don't like to sit in my seat for the entire concert....

we love her...great back porch music for sure....not a good concert if you are into fist pumping.

those guys are collectively called "Union Station" and have played with her for years....some incredible blue grass talent for sure.

bet your wife loved it....my wife and her 2 friends got tickets really early too and had great seats.

I've been a fan for years. I wish they were performing somewhere close to me but that just never seems to work out...
