I am looking for suggestions for good quality overhaul kits:

-Brake overhaul including rear cylinders
-Steering knuckles
-Wheel bearings
-Clutch
-Carbureator

Anyone knows what is good stuff and which to avoid?
Your advice and recommendations are very much appreciated!

I got my knuckle rebuild kit from cruiser outfitters (I think his name is Kurt). Very friendly, helpful and fast shipping too.
Good luck,
Paul

x2 on Kurt. 'Nuff said there.

X-infinity for Kurt at Cruiser Outfitters for the steering knuckles and wheel bearings. I just ordered his rear axle kit this morning. He recommended I buy local (Napa, Autozone, whatever) for brake parts so I'm closer to the source if I need warrantee replacement. You'll never talk to a nicer guy on the phone . I don't know if he sells clutches though. If not, Cruiser Dan for Toyota OEM parts 1-800-432-6668 ext. 8. You can find used carbs on the classifieds here sometimes, Cruiserparts.net, or PM FJ40Jim (carb savant!) and see if he's got something.
