Going to Coyote canyon 2/9/08 Saturday

Anyone for a run? So far I have a stock 93 Toy p/u coming, he's got 31" tires. Do you think it's possible to make it up the rocks w/ 31"s?

Also have a nicely built 04 Taco coming. My pal Jason.

Would anyone like to go? Would be nice to meet some people from here..

If you take your time and watched your lines you should be fine with 31's. Just watch your pumpkins. Have fun out there. I'll be wrenching on the rig this weekend.

I chose not to attempt it at the end of the Turkey Run, it was pretty rough and I have no lift or sliders. I figured I had such a great day, the run was fun, my parents had a blast and I didn't want to ruin it by breaking something just to go up and come back down it at dusk.

I may be in the area on Sunday, plan to run Truckhaven....possibly camp in Sheep canyon on Saturday night....I will keep an eye out for your white 80.

I had my '94 with 265/75-16's (31.65" dia.) up there about a year ago. No problems with the rocks. Open diffs, crawled right up. Wasn't too worried about any damage, but ended up with none.

Wish I could go. If it were the 16th I could swing it, already have plans.

The two vehicles that came along had 31" and 30" tires and made it up CC just fine. We had a nice trip, weather was great.
