Well after I dont know how many years, and with a 'little' help from a buddy I finally got my bender finished! I cant find the original thread saying where I bought the plans, but heres a couple pictures anyhow. Its not finished but at least it bent something instead of just sitting in the corner of the shop!

I just threw a piece of 1 3/4 schedule 40 scrap I had kicking around to see if it was going to work or cato, and it worked good! no bent pivots, bolts etc. I can go all the way around the die in 4 sets, keeping the mark on the loop keeper will keep it tight to the die and avoid kinking. With minimal lube it didnt flatten the tube out too much either! I was really surprised by that. Its not the fastest thing on the planet, but at 100psi it can hold its own against most the hydro units I have seen

 FUNNY GUY! At the rate I finished this thing that car would NEVER leave the barn! I was supposed to drop this thing off and show those guys like 2 years ago.
I got a few more things to weld up, some adjustable feet, an extra gusset or 2, and then ill be applying some snowplow safety yellow!

that bend looks great.

Nice to see it being used. I look forward to seeing your pickemup next year. Pray for snow so you can stop working.

Unfortunately snow dosnt slow me down like it used to, with 2 plow trucks going it keeps the money coming in!

I am going to clean the garage so I can paint the cruiser and then I will add to the MT cage I bought a year ago! LOL
The 52 will be going into the shop after the 40 is out.

Then its onto a tube bed for the red truck.
