Is Beno still selling to individuals. What are all the parts u got. I am sure I am going to need a lot of the same

On a limited basis. He’s got some large customers monopolizing most of his time these days.

Best bet is to get a nice big list together and order all at once.

I have Wiper blades, oil filters, fuel filter, shocks, rear bumpstops, fan belt, fender fuse bands, Blinkers, and a PCV (new style) from him.

When I did my Project Patina I put together a $2500 load and sent it to him.

I like OEM stuff and I like @beno but I also know I’m a small fish so I try not to beat him up over small s***.

Yes sir.

I have a set of nicely weathered acorns coming from @40Habits

Both sides 45 fenders are like this

These 40 fenders are about 80% better than my 45 fenders so they will be going on.

All this means is I’ll be doing CLR on the whole truck to blend the old with the “new”

If it looks like s*** my old parts will be right here to reinstall.

I have a new in the bag heater valve for a 76' 40 left over if you're interested.

Yeah sure. Id rather it work. PM me a total and PayPal addy.

Pulled the fender. Didn’t break any critical bolts. Used the hammer to get the main 4 loose.

Gave it a CLR bath. Gonna work in this corner a lot while the fender is off.

Knocked out a few things this am before church.

I’ve been wondering how the fenders will blend with the body so I did the vent area of the cowl in CLR to see how it’s going to look.

Nice smooth faded red paint on that panel which is what the lower part of the new fenders have before becoming rusty Patina. I also did the battery stand and frame area in Rust Converter.

I grabbed the new wires and OEM cap and installed

Added the new OEM fuel filter and passenger side shock as well.

Finally I got the hazzard switch from @JackA

He answered my question about removing the knob from the shaft. He didn’t. Just sent the whole deal. Thanks for that Jack. I was trying to remove the knobs off the 1970 parts truck. I was going to drill out the center to allow for the larger 45 shaft but can’t get them off. Is it glued on?
