Glove Box Light Bulb Replacement (1 Viewer)

Cant find a replacement bulb for the glove box light. Searched online, checked NAPA and Autozone, and all I can find on the forum is an LED replacement. I'd rather have the soft yellow light that came originally.
Any help? It says "44" on one side and "WE 12V12W" on the other.

Check batteries plus they have just about any bulb in stock

I also believe it is a type 74 bulb.

I would think just about and auto parts store, Toyota/Lexus dealer, online parts house, Amazon or eBay should have a type 74 bulb.

Or you could "go with the flow" and use a "warm" white LED

Out of curiosity I temporarily replaced my OEM bulb with a spare (green) 74 LED bulb that I had. The 74 LED fit and worked just fine (other than being an odd color).

Probably the hole next to the plunger switch, where the light is not coming out

When you're testing, remember that the glovebox light only functions when the headlights/parking lights are "on"
