Thanks @Ackcruisers I reached out to him, price is a little on the high end, but if he can get the brackets like he thinks, it will be worth while!
I have another guy in the Middle East with the same NOS unit for about half the price, but again, no brackets so that makes it useless. The mounting brackets are extremely difficult to locate!

$600 is steep but they have a terrible tax situation I understand…Good luck locating the brackets. If you do come across an extra lower bracket please let me know. Until your post, I was not aware I’m missing one.
