GCLC Winter Meeting 2016

First of all we apologize for the late notice. The GCLC Winter Meeting will be on January 16, 2016 at the Little Beach Clubhouse on Erskine Lake, Ringwood, NJ

For the benefit of those who haven't attended one of these, the LIttle Beach Clubhouse is a privately owned meeting place with a fireplace, full kitchen facility, parking, etc. It is part of Officer Bob and Sheri's lakeside community. Very scenic, very warm and cozy. We ask folks to bring whatever 'specialty" item that they wish to cook. We try to stay clear of store-bought foot items.

Great friends, new friends, great weather, great food... Thank you all that attended. Ricardo, Jay... Hope to see you out on the trails this next season. Mike, Rami, Chris and Marie, thanks for taking the long ride to be there. Thank you everyone.

I want to thank everyone that came out this past Saturday, and those who couldn't make it were missed. Though the attendance was on the low side, it was still great to see everyone and enjoy some very good food with good company. 2016 should be another good year for the club. I hope to see everyone at Coal Mine and other events through the year.

Smoke chicken chunks, remove from smoker, wrap in bacon, smoke for a while longer, remove from smoker, mop with BBQ sauce, stick in the broiler to crisp up a little...
