You guys need to put your egos away and just give good service to your rigs. I've got 260k on my factory installed birfs and still going strong. I've yet to replace a birf for anything other than spline wear on the early style birfs.

Are you guys planning on camping at my house?
Hate to derail this thread again but I must set the record straight. Longfields last about 80k miles the hardness was changed, They are warrantied for life, So when they wear out send them back and they will rebuild them for 50 bucks. So it's a no brainer. Longfields have been one of the best upgrades I made. It cured my BBS. I used to snap birfs every time out.Hope you get all your wrenching done Josh. Sounds like it outing will be a good time. The only downside to the longs I am aware of is they wear faster than oem and more $. I would try to source a used one at least for now. Then you just have to do one side.
it depends on my work schedule but Barton might join me and we'll probably camping on the lawn or where ever.
It's called the driveway!![]()
