So i was wondering if anyone knows of or has tried galvanizing a M101.
I'm thinking the tub with the axle removed.
I know it's overkill in some ways but I'm in the right site for that:flipoff2:
Anyway thoughts would be great:beer:

I wouldn't bother....but hey if your in the galvanizing business....maybe.

I plan on sandblasting the whole thing and spraying it with POR-15. Then just painting it.

Forget galvanizing...... Cadmium plating is where its at... LOL

HA HA but i do have an awsome hook-up for the galvanizing where it would cost me next to nothing....
My question was more in regards to the trailer warping with the heat than the bling cost of hot dipping.
I like the flaming too though:popcorn:

Seriously Galvanizing a trailer would be nice. It would last forever.

If it were me I wouldnt do it until you are absolutely finished restoring or modifying the trailer. I keep adding modifications to mine. Its kind of like my fj40 it probably wont ever be finished completely.
